JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Operational Finance position is within Prolink's Finance Department and serves as a strategic business partner to operational leadership. This role is responsible for connecting financial strategy with day-to-day business execution through performance analysis, forecasting, pricing support and operational decision support. The Director of Operational Finance leads a team of Financial Business Partners and is accountable for developing financial insights that drive revenue growth, profitability and operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary finance partner to operational leadership teams.
  • Lead the development of financial insights and recommendations that support business performance and profitability.
  • Oversee weekly, monthly and quarterly operational performance reporting.
  • Drive forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning processes in partnership with business leaders.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations regarding productivity, margins, profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Lead pricing strategy support, pricing tool development and large-scale deal modeling activities.
  • Develop and maintain pricing scorecards and trend reporting to support strategic decisions.
  • Build business cases supporting investments, strategic initiatives and incremental spending requests.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Financial Business Partners and finance professionals.
  • Establish standard operating procedures, training materials and financial education programs for business leaders.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation and process standardization initiatives across operational finance functions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in operational finance, FP&A or business finance.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing finance professionals.
  • Experience supporting operational leaders through business partnering and financial planning activities.
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with ERP platforms, CRM systems and reporting technologies.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERENCES
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience within the professional staffing industry.
  • Experience leading finance business partner organizations and operational finance transformations.
