So unterstützt Du unser Team- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
- Leitung und aktive Teilnahme an der Entwicklung von Softwarelösungen im Team, Einsatz agiler Methoden
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in PHP und Laravel sind besonders von Vorteil
- Anleiten, Beraten und Unterstützen von Teammitgliedern bei der Entwicklung von Features
- Proaktive Identifizierung und Lösung technischer Herausforderungen, um den Fortschritt der Projekte sicherzustellen
- Regelmäßige Planung und Priorisierung von Aufgaben im Team, um eine effiziente und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise zu gewährleisten
- Mentoring und Coaching von Junior-Entwicklern sowie fachliche Anleitung des Teams bei der Implementierung von Features und der Lösung technischer Probleme
