Job description

Administrator / Branch Manager

MLS Senior Care LLC is a Home Care Agency.  Candidate must be at least 21 years of age. We hold a Class B Home Care License.  We are IHSS and PASA approved and are working to obtain approval to provide Pediatric Personal Care.  We are an employee centric company.  We believe if we treat our employees the way they deserve to be treated they will treat our clients the way they deserve to be treated.  We offer Paid Time Off, participation in Appleton Clinic (a membership-based family medical practice), and Aflac.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Medical Assistance / CNA Certificate
  • QMAP
  • 2 Years Field Experience
  • At least 1 year of Supervisory Experience
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Proof of insurance
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Effective Communication Skill

Responsibilities for this position include but not limited to:

  • Maintain all Client and Employee Files
  • Manage Compliance on all State and Federal Regulations
  • Manage Grievance and Complaints
  • Manage Incident and Incident Reporting
  • Have a complete understanding of all Regulations / Policy and Procedures surrounding all the waivers we serve.
  • Interview, Hire and Train all new employees,
  • Be prepared to perform all aspects of Clients Care Plans in the event of a call out
  • Manage Company Dispute Policy
  • Work with Administrative Branch Manager on Record Keeping
  • Work with Outside Agencies coordinating Care Plans
  • Work with Owner on Cost Containment and Cash Flow
  • Scheduling of Care Providers
  • Monitor all Training

Must complete 24 hours of Administrator Training
