Community Association Manager / Management Executive
Multiple Openings - Oahu, Maui & Kauai
Bishop & Company is seeking experienced Community Association Managers for multiple full-time opportunities throughout Hawaii. We are looking for organized, customer-focused professionals to oversee the daily operations of community associations while delivering exceptional service to residents, board members, and stakeholders.

Pay
$60,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience
Position Overview
The Community Association Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial community associations. This role oversees maintenance coordination, financial management, compliance activities, board relations, and customer service efforts to ensure communities are operated effectively and professionally.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders. Evening attendance at board meetings is required.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned community associations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for board members, homeowners, and vendors
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
  • Monitor compliance with governing documents, policies, and regulations
  • Prepare for and attend board meetings, including evening meetings as needed
  • Assist with budget development and financial oversight
  • Review and interpret financial statements and reports
  • Work closely with vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing community concerns and requests
  • Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
