Shape the Future of Sales Excellence
Ingram Micro is transforming its sales organization and building a world-class Sales Excellence function. As a newly created Sales Enablement Lead, you'll develop the programs, curriculum, and enablement strategies that help sellers perform at their best.
This is not a traditional Learning & Development role. Rather than focusing on general training or compliance programs, you'll create sales-focused enablement initiatives that improve seller capability, accelerate productivity, increase tool adoption, and drive measurable business results.
What You'll Do
  • Design and execute a sales enablement strategy aligned to business priorities.

  • Build and maintain an evergreen sales curriculum covering prospecting, hunting, farming, account management, and customer engagement.

  • Develop sales playbooks, enablement resources, and manager-facing tools.

  • Increase seller knowledge of technology trends, customer challenges, cybersecurity fundamentals, and solution selling.

  • Evaluate and prioritize enablement requests from business leaders and vendor partners.

  • Drive adoption of sales tools, processes, and best practices.

  • Establish knowledge validation and accountability measures to ensure training effectiveness.

  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Learning & Development, HR, and external partners.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Effectiveness, Sales Operations, or a related field.

  • Experience designing and delivering sales enablement programs tied to business outcomes.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and program management skills.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms, sales methodologies, and sales tools.

  • Ability to influence without direct authority and drive organizational adoption.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in technology, software, cloud, cybersecurity, channel, reseller, or VAR environments.

  • Previous quota-carrying sales experience.

  • Consulting experience focused on sales effectiveness, enablement, or organizational transformation.

  • Experience supporting multi-business-unit organizations.

If you're excited about building new capabilities, influencing organizational transformation, and helping create a best-in-class sales organization, we'd love to hear from you.
Let's shape tomorrow.
