Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for an WF Development Specialist 1 WF Development Specialist 1 (onsite ) MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES As a contractor for the ID1 Workforce Development team, you will provide support for training and documentation systems, training records, and content materials. Documentation Management Monitor and follow up on documentation change requests Maintain documents using appropriate software, standards, styles, and templates Edit and proofread documentation Work with content experts to maintain document accuracy Store documents in the appropriate repository and follow data management requirements Maintain documentation system data Learning Management System Admin Adhere to learning administrator and training content standards Monitor and follow up on training requests Audit and update training content and assignments Create and manage on-the-job training (OJT) certifications for controlled documents QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE workforce development and LMS support rather than advanced technical work. Key skills include managing and maintaining learning management systems, handling controlled documentation and databases, and providing moderate documentation using standard Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities involve creating and maintaining onthejob training certifications, updating existing LMS content, supporting new program setups, and performing system navigation and data entry tasks. Experience in a manufacturing environment or LMS support is preferred but not mandatory; semiconductor experience is not required. The role is taskdriven, follows standard business hours, requires comfort working with predefined templates and processes, and is suitable for entrylevel candidates with documentation or data management experience, with approximately two years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.

2 years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation or managing a learning management system (preference for client domain). Bachelor's or equivalent experience Preferred Experience Experience writing technical documentation for new systems, equipment, or processes. Experience with Microsoft 365 software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with SharePoint. 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
