As a Digital & AI Workforce Development Specialist, you will partner with business leaders, subject matter authorities, and cross‐functional collaborators to support onboarding, training coordination, workforce readiness, documentation, compliance, and reporting across Corporate Business Operations. This role is centered on enabling consistent, effective workforce development programs while using approved AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to improve productivity, streamline documentation, strengthen reporting, and generate actionable insights. Success in this role requires collaboration, organization, communication, and follow‐through, along with the ability to apply AI‐enabled ways of working to improve speed, consistency, and quality across day‐to‐day workforce development activities. Key Responsibilities Training & Workforce Readiness Coordinate onboarding programs, workforce readiness initiatives, and role‐based training activities. Maintain On‐the‐Job Training plans, learning paths, assessments, job aids, and training materials. Partner with Business Units, business leaders, and Subject Matter Authorities to identify training needs and support practical learning solutions. Facilitate training‐related meetings, collect action items, and communicate program updates to partners. Support learning management activities, training assignments, completion tracking, and compliance requirements. Assist with internal, customer, and third‐party training audits by organizing records, documentation, and supporting evidence. Use approved AI tools to improve training coordination, summarize collaborator input, draft communications, and support consistent follow‐up. Documentation & Knowledge Management Partner with SMEs to create, update, and maintain training content, process documentation, job aids, and knowledge resources. Ensure documents are stored, organized, and maintained according to established processes and governance expectations. Support document reviews, updates, version control, and change management activities. Leverage approved AI tools to improve drafting, summarization, content organization, meeting notes, knowledge collection, and documentation quality. Find opportunities to improve knowledge accessibility, consistency, and usability across workforce development programs. Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyze, and report workforce development metrics related to onboarding, training completion, compliance, workforce readiness, and program effectiveness. Create dashboards, reports, summaries, and visualizations that support business decision‐making. Monitor training completion, compliance status, and workforce readiness indicators. Identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement based on data, customer feedback, and program outcomes. Use AI‐enabled tools to accelerate data review, summarize insights, identify patterns, and produce clear reporting narratives for customers. AI‐Enabled Productivity & Continuous Improvement Use Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI‐enabled tools to improve productivity, accuracy, consistency, and speed across workforce development activities. Apply AI tools to support content drafting, document refinement, meeting summaries, action tracking, reporting narratives, data interpretation, and collaborator communications. Embed AI‐enabled practices into routine workflows to reduce manual effort, improve knowledge sharing, and strengthen operational execution. Partner with participants to identify practical opportunities where AI tools can streamline processes, improve documentation, or support better decision‐making. Stay current on approved AI capabilities, workplace productivity tools, and enterprise guidance for responsible AI usage. Support continuous improvement by recommending practical, business‐aligned ways to enhance workforce development processes through automation, AI‐assisted workflows, and data‐driven insights. Project Support Participate in workforce development projects and initiatives as a core team member. Support project planning, implementation, communication, documentation, and follow‐up activities. Track actions, deliverables, risks, timelines, achievements, and collaborator dependencies. Prepare meeting materials, project updates, status summaries, and leadership‐ready communications. Use AI‐enabled tools to organize project information, summarize meetings, track follow‐ups, and improve the quality and efficiency of project deliverables. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience in Workforce Development, Training, Learning & Development, Documentation, Operations, or a related field. Experience supporting projects, programs, or cross‐functional initiatives in a corporate or enterprise environment. Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and customer management skills. Experience using data to support reporting, insights, decision‐making, or continuous improvement. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other approved AI‐enabled productivity tools. Ability to handle multiple priorities, track details, and follow through on deliverables. Comfort using digital tools to improve efficiency, documentation, communication, and reporting. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workday Learning or a similar Learning Management System. Experience with Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, or other Microsoft 365 tools. Experience supporting onboarding, workforce readiness, compliance training, or role‐based training programs. Experience creating or maintaining training documentation, job aids, process documents, or knowledge resources. Understanding of practical AI applications in the workplace, including content generation, summarization, reporting support, workflow efficiency, and knowledge management. Experience supporting audits, training compliance, or documentation governance.
