  • Administer and maintain the Ivanti Neurons platform, including user accounts, role-based access controls, and security configurations
  • Monitor and maintain application-feature performance metrics and recommend corrective or preventive actions
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, Ivanti Neurons, and endpoint-performance issues
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents and service disruptions
  • Coordinate and monitor updates, upgrades, and patches
  • Evaluate vendor software releases and feature updates and facilitate adoption of new functionality
  • Configure, test, and deploy Neurons policies, automations, workflows, and system objects
  • Recommend application enhancements, custom designs, integrations, and third-party products
  • Participate in change management, version control, testing documentation, and release communications
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, configurations, processes, troubleshooting guides, and enhancement summaries
  • Lead or support small to medium technical initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to assess platform effectiveness, review metrics, and identify improvements
  • Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and operational best practices
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience administering enterprise IT systems, endpoint management platforms, or SaaS-based applications
  • Experience managing user access, role-based security, and system permissions in a multi-user environment
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues, including coordination with vendors and escalation support
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and communicating system changes to non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field by date of hire (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ITIL or IT Service Management practices as applied in higher education
  • Experience supporting cloud-based SaaS platforms, including release evaluation, testing and feature adoption
  • Experience supporting or leading small to medium IT initiatives or system enhancements with cross-functional campus partners
  • Ability to create dashboards and reports communicating system health, compliance and risks to IT leadership and governance groups
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
  • Ability to complete an I-9 form
