Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the full-time position of ITSM Administrator.


Description:


The ITSM Administrator position will be responsible for administrating, managing, and configuring our ITSM platform in alignment with the direction of IT Governance Management. The position will work to implement processes and procedures in accordance with ITIL best practices.


Responsibilities:


  • Design, test, and deploy enterprise-level automated IT Service Management solutions with Ivanti Neurons or similar solution for ITSM
  • Configure and enhance our ITSM tool, including but not limited to Request Offerings, Service Catalog, Customer Portal, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Reporting
  • Work to implement and enforce policies, processes and procedures to ensure adoption and effective usage of ITIL best practices
  • Drive ITSM process and/or service implementation for designated ITSM initiatives through documenting processes, building service requirements, and establishing acceptance criteria from key stakeholders
  • Write clear, concise and accurate technical documentation
  • Build and maintain API integrations with third-party systems as necessary
  • Load, manipulate and maintain data between ITSM Platform, such as Ivanti Neurons, and other systems
  • Coordinate deployment and the automation of maintenance tasks and deployment processes
  • Partner with operational teams to drive service improvements throughout the organization
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining systems and applications in alignment with SBNA security controls and standards related to protecting sensitive data for compliance with Gramm Leach Bliley Act (GLBA)
  • Responsible for adhering to Software Development Lifecycle policies, standards, and processes
  • Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures established by the company
  • Responsible for upholding Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Education / Experience Preferred:


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in ITSM and CMDB
  • Strong knowledge of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM administration preferred, or other ITSM Platforms.
  • Basic SQL Knowledge and SQL Query writing
  • Strong knowledge of standard reporting, data analytics and dashboarding
  • Solid understanding of designing engineering solutions
  • Must possess relevant engineering or development experience
  • Demonstrated project management abilities
  • Must possess ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams
