RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst in Scottsdale, AZ.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide techno-functional expertise by analyzing requirements and supporting the configuration, testing, implementation, and enhancement of UKG features and workflows
* Configure and maintain employee profiles, pay rules, accruals, and related WFM settings
* Create and manage UKG workflows, configurations, reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making
* Monitor and support system integrations and recurring data feeds
* Partner with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and support the HR technology roadmap
* Test and deploy system enhancements and releases
* Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance standards
* Analyze, document, and maintain WFM, timekeeping, scheduling, and HRIS business processes
* Develop user guides, training materials, and system documentation
* Identify opportunities to optimize and consolidate functionality within UKG Pro
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors on HRIS initiatives
* Train end users; Mentor and support other HRIS team members
* Deliver work accurately and on time with a strong customer-service mindset
* Stay current on HRIS, WFM, and timekeeping best practices and emerging trends
* Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* UKG WFM Pro Timekeeping - Techno functional/configuration experience (must have)
* Boomi integration experience
* UKG WFM Pro Scheduling - Techno functional/configuration experience
* UKG WFM Pro Absence Management - Techno functional/configuration experience
* UKG People Assist
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
