The company combines fit expertise, personalized customer support and digital tools to help customers find products that fit and perform. Bare Necessities also develops private brands through its in-house Design Lab and is a division of Delta Galil, the global designer, manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label intimate, activewear, loungewear and denim apparel.
Role Overview
The Senior CAD Designer will support the Art Director and Senior Art Director by creating and developing textile patterns and graphics for our Intimate and Sleepwear apparel Company.
Responsibilities
  • Draw intimates/sleep silhouettes/bodies with attention to detail
  • Develop and execute innovative graphic concepts for our seasonal collections, product launches, aligning them with brand's identity.
  • Amend and re-color existing prints, artwork, and colorways as needed
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast paced environment
  • Partner with designers and PD teams to create files with detailed specifications including, printouts, size of repeat or art, print techniques, art placement and color swatches
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, fashion industry developments, and emerging technologies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts
  • Strong design and Illustration skills
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work under and meet strict deadlines
  • Must be proficient on a MAC platform, Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and MS Office, Browzwear/CLO a plus
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar or related field
  • Deadline-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to function independently or in a team environment
  • A passion for fashion
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, color, and typography, with a strong understanding of fashion design principles and trends

This is an onsite role, with 5 days in our Secaucus, NJ office
PAY RATE: $110,000/yr-$130,000/yr
