As a Sales Manager In House, you will be responsible for: 

  • Support the management team in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Partner with Sales Executives to present timeshare product to Owners
  • Provide mentoring to Sales Executives as directed by Sales Management
  • Motivate, coach, challenge and assist the sales team in closing vacation package sales to qualified guests
  • Assist in the development of training programs for new hires as well as existing staff members to increase production levels
  • Develop and deliver production-oriented training programs for new and existing sales team members
  • Perform all other reasonable tasks as requested by Sales Management

 To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • A minimum of 2 yearsโ€™ front-to-back experience within timeshare sales.
  • A minimum of 2 yearsโ€™ experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
  • Proven track record of success in timeshare sales
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Able to acquire a State of Hawaii Real Estate License
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous T.O. sales closing or sales management experience.
  • Valid State of Hawaii Real Estate License.
