With a tradition of excellence and a commitment to customer satisfaction, you will play a key role in driving our sales initiatives and achieving our growth objectives.

Your Role:

  • Lead and mentor a team of outside sales representatives, providing training and development to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
