Octagon Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled SailPoint IAM Engineer to join our client company’s dynamic team in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Governance solutions, particularly in implementation and administration. This role is critical in supporting our ongoing SailPoint implementation and ensuring the effective management of identity and access across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SailPoint Implementation:
  • Participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of SailPoint Identity Governance solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes to ensure alignment with SailPoint functionalities.
  • Assist in onboarding applications into the SailPoint platform, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with security policies.
  • Administration and Support:
  • Administer and maintain the SailPoint platform, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity management processes and SailPoint functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT Security, Application Owners, and Business Units, to ensure effective identity management practices.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and application owners on SailPoint functionalities and best practices.
  • Document processes, configurations, and workflows to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Security and Compliance:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Governance solutions, including administration and implementation.
  • Familiarity with identity management concepts, access control policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow or SailPoint IIQ.
  • Experience with integration of SailPoint with various applications and platforms.
