Job description

Lead the Future of Identity Governance and Access Management
We are seeking an experienced Software Product Manager - SailPoint to join our Digital Technology Services team. In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing optimization of Deaconess Health System's Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.
As the leader responsible for SailPoint IdentityNow, you will partner closely with Information Security, Human Resources, and IT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant identity management practices across the organization. You'll help define the future of identity governance while driving automation, improving access management processes, and enhancing the overall user experience.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the strategic roadmap, development, and ongoing maturation of the SailPoint IdentityNow platform
  • Design, configure, and optimize identity governance solutions that support organizational security and compliance goals
  • Partner with Information Security, HR, and IT teams to align identity management capabilities with business needs
  • Configure and maintain workflows, roles, access certifications, governance policies, and provisioning processes
  • Develop and support integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, HRIS platforms, ERP systems, cloud applications, and other enterprise technologies
  • Establish and enhance role-based access control (RBAC), access review processes, and segregation-of-duties controls
  • Lead platform upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements that enhance reliability and user experience
  • Evaluate new SailPoint capabilities and recommend solutions that support automation and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security standards, and organizational governance requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and deliver solutions that provide measurable business value
  • Mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert for identity governance and access management technologies
  • Develop documentation, standards, and best practices that support sustainable platform growth and adoption
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • 10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience
  • 4+ years of SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ architecture, implementation, or administration experience
  • Experience leading enterprise IAM initiatives and large-scale identity governance deployments
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, governance, and compliance processes
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs and modern integration technologies
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms, and enterprise databases
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, PowerShell, REST APIs, and related technologies
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence technology strategy and lead complex initiatives across multiple teams
