Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Specialist - Identity and Access Management. This position will be based on a hybrid working schedule and must be located to one of our US locations.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year.

What you'll do:
Eaton is excited to share we build, deliver, maintain, and update technology, platform, and system solutions in Eaton's Identity and Access Management space. With a focus on CyberArk and Saviyant platform, we provide subject matter expertise, lead platform design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. This role involves defining configuration parameters, managing lifecycle activities, and ensuring optimal performance and security. You will also engage in post-design configurations, advanced debugging, and troubleshooting, always striving to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum five (5) years in Cybersecurity
- Minimum five (5) years experience in designing and implementing Identity Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions with a preference for proficiency in Saviynt CPAM, CyberArk, or equivalent PAM systems
- Understanding of Identity Governance (IGA) concepts
- The position you are applying for falls under the ITAR regulations (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). Are you legally able to work under ITAR regulations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft LAPS, CyberArk EPM, or other endpoint privilege management solutions, demonstrating technical knowledge with local credential management on Windows and Mac endpoints
- Experience with on-prem migrations to Cloud hosted (Focus on EPM)
- Non-human identity governance best practices
- API Integration security & scripting
- Experience in SSH connectivity, SSH key management, PowerShell scripting, and security measures
- CyberArk Privileged Threat Analytics experience
- Managing database credentials (Oracle & MS SQL)
- Managing Privileged Accounts and APIs in Cloud Providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Developing integrations between PAM and IGA solutions
