Job description

Overview: About the Role: We're seeking a CyberArk specialist to join our cybersecurity team for privileged access management implementation and enhancement. You'll be working with internal project teams and end customers to design, deploy, and optimize CyberArk PAM solutions while performing version upgrades and customizations. What You'll Do:
  • Perform CyberArk version upgrades and system maintenance
  • Work with internal project teams and end customers on PAM solution design and deployment
  • Execute disaster recovery activities including failover/failback procedures in CyberArk PAM
  • Manage and maintain CyberArk Core PAS (Privileged Access Security)
  • Administer Password Vault and other CyberArk components (PVWA, PSM, CPM, PSMP)
  • Handle various CyberArk account onboarding for Windows, Linux, and Database systems
  • Onboard application and service accounts into CyberArk environment
  • Perform safe administration and manage privileged accounts with password and session management
  • Customize existing connection components and plugins to enhance functionality
  • Generate various reports using CyberArk tools and provide analytics
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Core PAS platform
  • Proven experience with CyberArk version upgrades and migrations
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, MFA, SAML, and Azure SSO integration
  • Experience managing CyberArk components (PVWA, PSM, CPM, PSMP)
  • Proficiency in CyberArk account onboarding across multiple platforms
  • Understanding of privileged account management and session management principles
  • Experience with database administration (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL)
  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CyberArk Certification - CyberArk Defender (highly preferred)
  • Experience with CyberArk AAM - AAM Integration and Service accounts onboarding
  • Advanced knowledge of DR activities and failover/failback procedures
  • API and automation experience
  • Experience generating reports and analytics with CyberArk tools
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements
