Job description

Overview

CTG is seeking an experienced CyberArk Engineer to support our client’s enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives. This role will focus on CyberArk platform engineering, privileged account management, automation, and security best practices within a large-scale environment.

Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 7 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineer, configure, and support CyberArk PAM solutions, including PVWA, CPM, PSM, and CyberArk DNA.
  • Perform privileged account discovery, onboarding, credential management, and access policy configuration.
  • Support enterprise security initiatives focused on privileged access controls and account remediation.
  • Partner with infrastructure and application teams to secure service accounts and privileged credentials.
  • Troubleshoot CyberArk issues and provide technical support for authentication, access, and integration challenges.
  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python to streamline administrative processes.
  • Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of hands-on CyberArk engineering experience.
  • Strong experience with CyberArk DNA, PVWA, CPM, and PSM.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows, Linux, and database privilege models.
  • Experience supporting enterprise CyberArk deployments and privileged access management programs.
  • Understanding of service account remediation patterns and privileged credential lifecycle management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting large enterprise discovery programs.
  • CyberArk certifications.
  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell and/or Python.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
