Job Title: Senior Security Engineer
Job Duties:
Oversee organization's Privileged Access Management Development team and services including privileged IDs for employee and partner accounts. Duties include:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate various software applications with CyberArk for password management via CyberArk Central Credential Provider (CCP), CyberArk Credential Provider (CP), REST, or Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
  • Work closely with globally dispersed business unit leads to deliver seamless CyberArk solutions including configurating Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), and Central Policy Manager (CPM) components per organization's information security policies and standards;
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for CyberArk environment;
  • Contribute to overall strategic planning and direction of Privileged Access Management across enterprise;
  • Research Privileged Access Management (PAM) tool sets and products to determine suitability for organization's environment;
  • Oversee governance structure of Privileged Access Management (PAM) program including providing progress reports and updates to senior management;
  • Conduct oversight of organization's education and awareness programs to promote best practices for privileged access control across organization;
  • Coach, motivate, develop, and evaluate performance of direct reports, and provide guidance and mentoring for resolution of complex information security and identity management issues; and
  • Supervise 3 Security Engineers.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Security, or closely related field and 5 years of information security and identity management experience.
  • Experience must include the following, which may be gained concurrently:
  • 5 years of experience leading information security and identity management change management initiatives;
  • 5 years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and cybersecurity risk management.
  • 5 years of CyberArk administration experience including Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), and Central Policy Manager (CPM).
  • 5 years of experience documenting information security and identity management processes and workflows.
  • 5 years of experience with security systems, access controls, network security, security platform administration, security incident response, security architecture, risk management and security governance framework.
  • 5 years of experience troubleshooting and resolving CyberArk endpoint issues including: connectivity, password rotation, vault management, patching and infrastructure support.

Salary: $154,586 per year

Salary range is expected to be between
$107,450.00 USD - $199,550.00 USD
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
