Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager - Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead and oversee enterprise-level IAM initiatives, with a primary focus on SailPoint IdentityNow / IdentityIQ implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cybersecurity, IAM governance, and technical program management, driving end-to-end delivery while aligning with compliance and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management & Governance
  • Lead and manage IAM programs and SailPoint implementation projects across multiple business units.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria in line with cybersecurity and compliance goals.
  • Establish program governance, stakeholder communication plans, and reporting cadence.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and cross-functional challenges proactively.
Technical Leadership (SailPoint IAM Platforms)
  • Oversee full lifecycle SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow projects, including integration and customization.
  • Collaborate with IAM architects to define role-based access models, certification workflows, and access governance processes.
  • Ensure successful integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, HR systems, and other enterprise directories.
  • Provide functional and technical oversight ensuring adherence to security and architecture standards.
Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IAM program communications across IT, business, audit, and compliance teams.
  • Lead governance meetings and executive updates with clear reporting on milestones and risks.
  • Partner with vendors and system integrators to align solution delivery with enterprise needs.
Operational Excellence
  • Define and track KPIs and metrics for access governance, provisioning, and compliance posture.
  • Drive automation and optimization of Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes and access reviews.
  • Support SOX, audit, and regulatory compliance initiatives related to IAM.
  • Enhance user experience and reduce operational overhead through continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • 6-8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity / IAM Program Management.
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow / IdentityIQ implementation and governance.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience integrating IAM solutions with AD, Azure AD, ServiceNow, and HR systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in Cybersecurity - IAM Professional Services.
  • PMP or similar program management certification.
  • Experience working with financial, retail, or regulated industries.
