Job description

What You'll Doย

As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape how patients enter and engage with Imagine Pediatricsย - fromย initialย health plan eligibility through enrollment and early care experiences.ย

You will own the systems and workflows that powerย new market launches, ensuring newly eligible patients are accuratelyย identified, routed, and supported through Outreach and into care. This includesย building forย the teams responsible for enrolling families (our Outreach organization) and ensuring a seamless handoff into clinical workflows within Care Hub.ย

This role sits at the intersection ofย growth, operations, and care delivery, and is ideal for a product leader who enjoys translating complex, real-world workflows into scalable systems that drive both business and patient impact.ย

Own top-of-funnel patient journeysย

  • Design andย optimizeย the end-to-end experience fromย eligibility outreach enrollment first clinical interactionย ย
  • Build systems that supportย new health plan and market launches, ensuringย accurateย patient identification and onboardingย ย
  • Partner with Outreach (call center) teams to improveย conversion, efficiency, and experienceย ย
  • Identifyย and reduce friction across the funnel to lowerย cost of acquisition (CAC)ย and improve early engagementย ย

Map and operationalize complex workflowsย

  • Deeply understand and document workflows acrossย health plan data ingestion, eligibility logic, outreach operations, and care team handoffsย ย
  • Translate fragmented processes into clear, scalable product systemsย ย
  • Ensure internal tools (Care Hub and supporting systems) reflect real-world operational needsย ย

Drive product discovery and executionย

  • Lead the full product lifecycle using a build-measure-learn approachย ย
  • Conduct discovery across operations, clinical teams, and leadership to understand constraints and opportunitiesย ย
  • Define product strategy and deliver iterative improvements focused on measurable funnel performanceย ย

Partner cross-functionallyย

  • Work closely withย operations, outreach leadership, clinical teams, engineering, and dataย ย
  • Align stakeholders across go-to-market, care delivery, and productย ย
  • Navigate tradeoffs between growth, operational efficiency, and clinical qualityย ย

Deliver measurable business and patient outcomesย

  • Improveย enrollment conversion rates, time to first meaningful interaction, and early engagement durabilityย ย
  • Reduce operational inefficiencies and cost toย acquireย and onboard patientsย ย
  • Ensure new patient cohorts successfully transition into ongoing careย ย

Develop domainย expertiseย

  • Become an expert inย pediatric value-based care, Medicaid populations, and health plan partnershipsย ย
  • Stay informed on best practices inย care management, patient engagement, and operational scalingย ย

What You Bring & How You Qualifyย

First and foremost,ย you'reย passionate about improving access to care for children with complex medical needs and building systems that make it easier for families to engage.ย

You thrive in messy, operationally complex problem spaces and enjoy turning fragmented workflows into clear, effective systems.ย

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in healthcare, growth, or operational platformsย ย
  • Experience owning products that driveย conversion, onboarding, or top-of-funnel engagementย ย
  • Strong ability to map and simplify complex workflows across multiple teams and systemsย ย
  • Provenย track recordย of driving cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and operationsย ย
  • Comfort working closely with operational teams (e.g., call centers, outreach, or care coordination)ย ย
  • Experience defining and improving metrics such asย conversion rate, CAC, time to value, or engagementย ย
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholdersย ย

Bonus if you have experience with:ย

  • Health plan integrations, eligibility systems, or payer-driven workflowsย ย
  • Care management platforms or clinical operationsย ย
  • Medicaid populations or value-based care modelsย ย
  • Building tools for non-technical operational usersย

What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)ย
The role offers a base salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 in addition to annual bonus, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable).
