Job description

Office Manager — Sigma Commercial LLC

Location: Milwaukee, WI (East Side) — On-site Employment Type: Full-Time

About Us

Sigma Commercial LLC is a Milwaukee-based holding company supporting a group of operating businesses spanning residential remodeling, commercial maintenance, and residential property management. We're a small, hands-on team where people wear multiple hats and get things done without a lot of red tape.

The Role

We're looking for an Office Manager to run the day-to-day of our East Side office. This is a generalist role at the center of a busy small business: one day you're fielding calls from a client or vendor, the next you're coordinating a schedule change with a field crew, the next you're handling paperwork nobody else got to. No two days look the same, and that's the point.

What You'll Do

Answer phones and manage front-office correspondence with clients, tenants, and vendors across our business units

Coordinate scheduling between the office and field teams (contractors, maintenance techs, property staff)

Handle general administrative work: filing, data entry, correspondence, ordering supplies

Support new-hire paperwork and light administrative HR tasks

Keep accurate written records — legible handwriting required for logs, forms, and handoffs

Shift between tasks and priorities as needs change throughout the day

Act as a clear point of contact between office staff and our field/trade teams

What You'll Bring

Excellent computer skills and strong, accurate typing

Confident, professional phone skills — comfortable speaking with clients and vendors

Legible handwriting

A self-starter mindset; comfortable working with minimal oversight

Ability to work effectively in a casual office environment alongside a blue-collar workforce

Prior office management or administrative experience preferred but not required

Work Environment

Casual office atmosphere on Milwaukee's East Side. You'll work closely with tradespeople and field staff day to day, so comfort communicating across a range of styles and backgrounds matters more than formal polish.
