Description
We are seeking an experienced eLearning Developer to support the modernization of Special Tactics training programs. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement engaging digital learning solutions that enhance training effectiveness and support mission readiness for Special Operations personnel.
This position works closely with instructors, subject matter experts, and curriculum developers to create interactive online learning experiences, multimedia courseware, and digital assessments that align with established learning objectives.
Requirements
  • Develop and maintain interactive online learning modules and courseware.
  • Design multimedia instructional products, including videos, graphics, simulations, and interactive content.
  • Create digital assessments and evaluation tools to measure learner performance.
  • Support Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and course integration.
  • Collaborate with instructors, curriculum developers, and subject matter experts to translate training requirements into effective learning solutions.
  • Ensure all course materials meet instructional design standards and learning objectives.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional technology best practices throughout development efforts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting Department of Defense instructional technology or training development programs.
  • Experience developing online training solutions and digital learning products.
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, multimedia development, and Learning Management Systems.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background supporting Special Operations or Special Tactics training programs.
  • Experience working with military training and education environments.
  • Familiarity with modern instructional design methodologies and emerging learning technologies.
