Maintenance Manager – Georgia Transformer


Role Summary

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, equipment reliability, and MOR (SPOF) storeroom management to support safe, efficient, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations. This role ensures critical spare parts availability, leads maintenance teams, and partners with suppliers to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day maintenance activities for plant equipment and facilities.
  • Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Manage the MOR (SPOF) storeroom, including cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
  • Establish and maintain min/max inventory levels for critical spare parts.
  • Order MOR/MRO parts to prevent zero-on-hand and extended downtime.
  • Manage purchasing processes and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Drive reliability, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with storeroom management and inventory control.
  • Strong knowledge of MOR/MRO parts and purchasing processes.
  • Proven supplier relationship management experience.
  • CMMS/ERP system experience preferred.
