A little bit about our team:

As part of the Global Catalog Brand & Audience Services group, the Direct to Fan & Community Engagement team delivers impactful, data-driven programs that strengthen fan relationships and unlock long-term value for our artists.

Your role:

The Junior Manager, Fan Engagement & Community will support deepening the fan relationship between an artist and their audience. You will be responsible for collaborating with artists to bring their community strategy to life. The role will lead on engaging and nurturing artist communities across online platforms, while also fostering strong relationships with our artists and their fans.

Here you'll get to:

  • Support the day-to-day execution of fan engagement initiatives, optimising them for streaming, D2C growth, and fan retention.

  • Develop and expand community-driven marketing initiatives with a focus on first-party data, including fan clubs, digital groups, and social-first activations on platforms like Discord, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok.

  • Work with creators and their teams to build and complete community-based strategies that turn discovery into lasting passion.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor fan growth and long-term value, using data-driven reports to demonstrate the success of your initiatives

  • Develop and track important metrics to evaluate campaign efficiency and adjust strategies to improve engagement and revenue.

  • Build strong partnerships with platform partners, top-tier digital creators, influencers, and community leaders.

  • Stay on top of emerging technologies, behaviours, and trends in the social sphere, zeitgeist, creator space, identifying new opportunities to connect artists with their fans.

  • Drive adoption of new platforms, community models, and digital tools.

  • Partner with other label teams to ensure community initiatives are integrated into wider marketing campaigns and in line with artist brand strategies.

About you:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, influencer strategy, community management, or audience development, preferably within the music or media industry.

  • Familiar with CRM, e-commerce, and the digital tools that power the modern music industry

  • Proven success in accomplishing organic/editorial social media programming, creator marketing, and approaches to connecting with fans.

  • Deep knowledge of the social ecosystem and major platforms, including TikTok, Snap, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, Pinterest, and Discord.

  • Experience with fan engagement strategies, including community building, management, and content creation for specific platforms (e.g., Duets and Stitches on TikTok, Stories and Reels on Meta, community channels on Discord).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A strategic and creative mindset with a passion for music and fan culture.
