  • Partner with Identity and Security teams for IAM integration (Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, SSO)
  • Drive digital employee experience (DEX) improvements through analytics and automation
  • Establish KPIs for device health, user experience, patch compliance, and service performance
Required Skills
  • Endpoint Management: Microsoft Intune (L3/hands-on SME required), SCCM / Configuration Manager, co-management scenarios
  • macOS / Mobile: JAMF or equivalent macOS management (L1/L2, 2-3 years)
  • Application Packaging: Hands-on packaging and deployment experience (mandatory)
  • VDI/DaaS: Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Horizon
  • Identity: Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO
  • Automation: PowerShell, Graph API

Preferred Skills
  • Windows Autopilot / zero-touch provisioning experience
  • Digital workplace and DEX analytics tooling
  • Experience in enterprise-scale EUC transformation programs
