End User Computing Equipment Manager
About your role:
The End User Computing (EUC) Equipment Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of IT equipment within the Hagerstown warehouse, including procurement, inventory control, logistics, deployment, and disposal. This role ensures operational readiness across all U.S. campuses and supports new hire onboarding and PC refresh initiatives for both Windows and Mac environments.
📦 Warehouse Operations & Logistics
  • Manage all inbound and outbound IT equipment deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with receiving policies and procedures.
  • Supervise disposal and retirement of IT assets (25K+ retired to date).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.

💻 Procurement & Inventory Management
  • Purchase laptops and desktops for both Windows and Mac platforms, including approved peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets, speaker pucks, and Humanscale equipment.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels in Hagerstown and coordinate with U.S. campuses to ensure minimum thresholds are met.
  • Track and manage nearly 10,000 active stock assets using asset management systems.
  • Forecast equipment needs based on hiring trends, refresh cycles, and business growth.

📊 Asset Management & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of all IT assets throughout their lifecycle-from acquisition to disposal.
  • Ensure all assets are properly tagged, tracked, and reconciled in the asset management system.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT Security teams to ensure proper documentation for asset depreciation and secure disposal.
  • Generate reports on asset utilization, aging, and refresh planning.

🔄 Process Improvement & Reporting
  • Develop and refine warehouse workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement best practices for imaging, staging, and deployment of devices across both Windows and Mac platforms.
  • Provide regular reporting on inventory levels, procurement metrics, and asset lifecycle status.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 7+ years of experience in IT asset management, warehouse operations, or EUC support.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of IT procurement and lifecycle management for both Windows and Mac environments.
  • Familiarity with imaging processes and deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, JAMF).
  • Experience with asset management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • 7+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

How you'll work:
  • This role is on-site position. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences helps you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
  • This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
  • This role may require being on-call during non-standard and/or overnight hours.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

$90,000.00-$126,000.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
