Job description

OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY
Fox Corporation
Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world's leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Product Manager, Emerging Technology (Ad Tech), will be responsible for defining, prototyping, and scaling next-generation AI capabilities across FOX's ad sales and operations ecosystem. This role is focused on emergent technologies, with an emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI systems, and agentic workflows applied to monetization.
You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, applied AI, and ad tech platforms -shaping how intelligent systems enhance media planning, sales enablement, campaign execution, yield optimization, and advertiser insights.
While this role does not require hands-on model development, it demands deep technical fluency, strong product judgment, and the ability to translate rapidly evolving AI capabilities into clear product vision and scalable execution.
You will partner closely with machine learning, data science, engineering, design, ad sales and revenue operations teams to identify high-impact use cases, define system requirements, and guide the development of production-grade AI-powered advertising products. This includes systems that reason over campaign data, automate operational workflows across ad platforms, optimize inventory allocation, and generate actionable insights that influence ad decisioning.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a product leader energized by ambiguity, rapid prototyping, and shaping what comes next-well beyond traditional UI-driven features.
Success in this role is defined by delivering intelligent, trustworthy AI systems that improve revenue performance, operational efficiency, advertiser outcomes, and comprehensive decision-making-while establishing FOX as a leader in AI-driven advertising technology.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define the product vision and roadmap for AI-native advertising capabilities, including LLM-powered systems, agentic workflows, and campaign optimization systems
  • Lead early-stage prototyping efforts to validate emergent AI technologies in ad tech solutions, moving from concept to pilot with clear success metrics
  • Partner with machine learning and engineering teams to design scalable architectures for training, fine-tuning, deploying, and monitoring LLM-based systems
  • Guide the development of agentic systems that automate workflows across the ad lifecycle (planning, trafficking, optimization, reporting) with an ability traverse both linear and digital ad sales & fulfillment
  • Translate advances in generative AI, multimodal learning, and autonomous agents into practical, production-ready product capabilities
  • Drive experimentation and A/B testing to evaluate the impact of AI-powered features on revenue, yield, fill rate, campaign performance and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with ad sales, client services, and revenue operations teams to develop intelligent systems that enhance media planning, forecasting, pricing, and client intelligence
  • Develop systems that analyze structured and unstructured data to generate real-time insights and decisioning recommendations
  • Ensure AI systems meet standards for reliability, performance, safety, and observability in real-world use cases
  • Define and track KPIs tied to revenue lift, sales productivity, campaign performance, model efficacy, and operational efficiency
  • Develop product requirements, briefs, and decision frameworks that align cross-functional teams around complex, evolving AI initiatives
  • Foster a culture of responsible innovation, curiosity, and technical rigor across product and partner teams

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Product management and/or engineering experience, with a focus on ad tech, martech, programmatic advertising, or data platforms
  • Demonstrated experience leading products that incorporate machine learning, AI, or data-driven systems in production environments
  • Technical proficiency in the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, programmatic workflows, and measurement frameworks
  • Strong conceptual understanding of Large Language Models, transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning approaches
  • Experience defining product requirements for agentic systems, including tool use, multi-step reasoning, and workflow orchestration
  • Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and evaluation strategies for LLM-based data products
  • Ability to work closely with ML engineers and data scientists to translate technical constraints into product tradeoffs and roadmaps
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and making prioritization decisions amid rapid technological change
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining success metrics and using data to guide iteration and optimization
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders around complex ideas
  • Passion for the future of advertising, data-driven decisioning, and AI-powered monetization
  • Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position. Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
  • Experience working on ad tech platforms, internal sales tooling, or revenue operations systems
  • Familiarity with clean rooms, identity graphs, privacy-preserving audience targeting
  • Experience with forecasting, pricing models, or yield management systems
  • Experience guiding teams through build vs. buy decisions for AI infrastructure for ad tech
  • A habit of drawing inspiration from adjacent industries including fintech, prediction markets, enterprise SaaS, et al, to inform AI-native product design
