  • Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and emerging opportunities.
  • Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
  • Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to guide decision-making.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into products and internal workflows.
  • Lead product discovery, define success metrics, and measure outcomes after launch.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts while maintaining a bias toward action and delivery.

  • Demonstrated ownership of products or major product areas from concept through launch.
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience gathering customer feedback and turning insights into product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound product decisions with limited oversight.

Preferred

  • Experience with retail technology, point-of-sale systems, payments, commerce, inventory, or related domains.
  • Experience building or integrating AI-powered features and workflows.
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, or generative AI product development.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Technical background or ability to work effectively with highly technical engineering teams.
  • You build things with AI for fun.
Success in This Role

In your first year, you'll:

  • Develop a deep understanding of retailer workflows and customer needs.
  • Deliver meaningful product improvements that drive adoption and business impact.
  • Help shape the company's AI strategy and identify practical applications for AI across the platform.
  • Become a trusted partner to engineering and business leadership.
  • Operate as a key decision-maker within a highly autonomous product organization.
Why This Role
  • Small, highly collaborative team.
  • Significant ownership and influence over product direction.
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of retail technology and AI.
  • Ability to move quickly, ship meaningful work, and see direct customer impact.
What we Offer
  • Opportunity to build software that powers real-world commerce at scale.
  • Competitive salary and equity package.
  • Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.).
  • Strong emphasis on engineering quality and career growth.
