  • Define evaluation criteria and decision outcomes (e.g., observe, pilot, adopt, or defer) and guide proof-of-concept efforts in partnership with delivery and platform teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance on build-versus-buy considerations and vendor capabilities as technologies progress from experimentation toward enterprise adoption.
  • Establish and lead governance practices for AI and emerging technologies, including policy development, ethical use guidelines, regulatory alignment, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure architectural guardrails, standards, and decision forums are in place to support consistent and compliant adoption.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, analytics, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology leadership, AI, data, or digital strategy roles, including people management responsibilities.

  • Experience evaluating, governing, and guiding adoption of emerging technologies in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a non-delivery leadership role that partners closely with execution teams.
  • Innovative, systems-level thinking with the ability to balance near-term needs and long-term strategy.
