LEHR is seeking individuals with wiring experience and a strong work ethic oriented to join our team as an Emergency Vehicle 12V Technician.

Responsibilities:

  • Remove factory-installed interior and exterior vehicle components
  • Install emergency vehicle equipment, including light bars, sirens, speakers, push bumpers, partitions, and more
  • Install cameras, computers, and license plate recognition systems
  • Perform 12V electrical wiring and system installations
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
  • Organize tools and inventory

Qualifications:

  • Proven 12V experience
  • Ability to read blueprints/schematics
  • Ability to work with hand and power tools such as screw drivers, wrenches, hand drills, etc.
  • Capability to bend, twist, reach, and lift to 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Aptitude in mechanical, electrical, and electronic components from various sources is a plus
  • Strong Work Ethic and attention to detail
  • Capacity to work independently and/or in a team environment
  • Strong Work Ethic
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting pay is $18 per hour and up, depending on experience
  • Bonus potential after satisfactorily completing initial training period

Schedule:

  • Full Time-Hourly
  • Typical Schedule is Monday-Thursday 6 am-430 pm (10hrs)
