Job description

Position info:
The Direct Support Professional - Mental Health is responsible for delivery of services to individuals residing in a Residential Treatment Home following a personalized service plan. It is the responsibility of the DSP to provide direct supportive services to residents of the home, who experience severe and persistent mental illness.
Status: On Call Relief available
Location: Corvallis
Shift: On Call/Relief
Starting wage: $19.18 an hour (Additional $.75 an hour for overnight shifts)
Wage Scale: $19.18 - $23.33
Reports to: Housing Manager

Requirements:
' High school graduate or equivalent.
' Current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record
' Ability to pass background check screening
' Minimum of one (1) year education and/or experience in mental illness, emotional/behavioral difficulties or other related conditions.
