Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to build and scale internal and offshore Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) teams. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, develop processes for efficient claim handling, and manage reporting and performance monitoring, including AI agent performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and scale internal and offshore RCM teams, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating operational performance into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee collectors and billers, developing processes for efficient customer claim handling.
  • Own reporting across key indicators and act on the data.
  • Monitor AI agent performance and investigate issues, surfacing trends.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to expand AI capabilities and shape platform features.
  • Work alongside engineers to interpret workflow data and identify automation opportunities.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years in healthcare RCM, with at least 3 years leading high-functioning teams of 15 or more.
  • Experience building RCM operations from the ground up.
  • Proven track record managing offshore billing or AR teams.

Skills
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and engineering teams.
  • Bias for action, high ownership, and ability to thrive in an early-stage environment.

Eligibility for health benefits is based on verifying that an average of 30 hours per week during the first 4 weeks of the work assignment has been met. If you meet eligibility requirements and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s)).
  • 401k (Eligible on the first 401k open enrollment date following 6 consecutive months on assignment. 401k Open Enrollment dates are 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, and 10/1).
