Job Overview:

As a Revenue Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of eAssist’s growth, leading conversations that shape the future of dental practices across the country. This full-time role empowers you to take ownership of the entire new customer acquisition process while collaborating with a passionate, mission-driven team. Ideal candidates bring a strong understanding of dental operations especially billing and revenue cycle management and excel in both verbal and written communication. You’ll use your active listening skills to uncover each practice’s unique pain points and confidently recommend tailored solutions from our comprehensive suite of services. From solo offices to mid-sized DSOs (up to 20 locations), you’ll have the opportunity to create value and build lasting partnerships. This is more than just a sales role, it's a chance to elevate your career while making a measurable difference for dental professionals nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly,  quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Engage prospects and customers with a detailed discovery of Dental RCM, then providing key insights, teaching and tailoring services to each practice &/or DSO.
  • Leverage your Dental RCM experience to deliver valuable insights for multiple solutions (discovery and consultation) to prospects and existing clients toward securing incremental revenue
  • Create detailed business & territory plan to facilitate the attainment of monthly and quarterly sales targets: including prospecting, as well as leverage through strategic partnerships and dental consultants
  • Negotiate multifaceted customer sales agreements and keep records of sales and data in our HUB and our CRM.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly sales to leadership
  • Develop valuable working relationships with Henry Schein Dental FSC’s and other field partners to drive eAssist sales in your territory
  • Immediately and consistently follow up on leads, tracking in our CRM
  • Participate in industry-related trade shows / meetings 
  • Actively participate in weekly Level 10 meeting
  • Work on a Central and East Coast schedule: This territory includes the Great Lakes area.

Compensation:

 $35,568/year + commission

This is a high-reward role designed to recognize and incentivize success and offers a strong earning potential for those who are goal-driven and results-oriented. Commission is performance-based and paid at varying rates depending on the percentage of monthly and quarterly sales goals achieved.


Travel:

Remote.  Travel typically less than 10%.
