Senior Program Manager - Business Operations & Cross-Functional Initiatives
Overview / Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to plan, oversee, and drive complex programs and projects across multiple business functions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans and define project/program scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, functional leaders, and finance teams to support program execution.
  • Establish and monitor efficient processes between internal teams and external vendors, as applicable.
  • Communicate project status updates and performance metrics to stakeholders across multiple organizations and teams.
  • Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables, and outcomes are completed within agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Provide accurate analysis and reporting, presenting data clearly for reviews and presentations.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to support successful program delivery.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within the assigned business domain.
