Job Description Commodity Risk Management Analyst - Decatur, ILYour Key ResponsibilitiesProduce, validate and reconcile the market and operational risk reports aligning closely with commercial Provide regular and ad hoc analysis on margin / P&L effects within the North American AS&O businesses Act as a business partner to provide and analyze the risk position data to support commercial decision making Provide support for the implementation and utilization of key global CRM initiativesPartner with the commercial team to define/adjust risk position limits, actively monitor adherence, and promptly escalate any issues Assist with data driven projects to enhance risk performance, accuracy and insights.Your ProfileBachelors degree in Agriculture, Finance, Risk management, Economics or other relevant fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, merchandising, or a related discipline.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally programming languages like Python, SQL or othersStrong proficiency and hands-on experience with Power BI, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard developmentKnowledge of Databricks a plusExceptional analytical skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience in Commodity Trading, both physical and derivative trades (preference Agricultural Market)Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Demonstrable ability to self-motivate and manage cross departmental priorities.
