Job description

About Us
We Clean Commercial Cleaning LLC is a growing commercial cleaning company serving 50+ buildings and 35+ clients across South Florida, including public schools, private academies, and municipal facilities. We operate with a hospital-grade mindset: documented processes, SOPs, compliance, and accountability at every level.

The Role
We are looking for a Bilingual Operations Manager to own the daily execution of our field operations. This is a hands-on leadership position, not a desk job. You will build schedules, manage supervisors and cleaning crews, protect our contracts, and solve problems the moment they happen, including nights and weekends. You will move between English and Spanish every day: English with clients, Spanish with crews, often in the same hour.

What You Will Do
  • Build, publish, and adjust crew schedules across multiple buildings and shifts
  • Manage, coach, and hold accountable field supervisors and cleaning staff
  • Own client contract performance: scope compliance, quality inspections, and corrective action plans
  • Respond to service issues, call-outs, and emergencies, including overnight and weekend coverage
  • Conduct site inspections and document results with photos, timestamps, and written reports
  • Control labor hours, supply usage, and overtime against budget
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training in partnership with HR
  • Enforce safety, chemical handling, and compliance standards on every site
  • Report weekly to ownership on staffing, quality, client issues, and open risks
What You Must Have
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken (required)
  • Haitian Creole is a strong plus; Portuguese is an additional plus
  • 3+ years managing teams in commercial cleaning, janitorial, facilities, hospitality, or a comparable service operation
  • Proven experience building schedules for multiple sites and shifts
  • Experience managing client contracts, scope of work, and service level expectations
  • Comfortable with technology: scheduling apps, mobile reporting, email, and spreadsheets
  • Valid Florida driver license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
  • Ability to work under pressure with composure and sound judgment
Availability Requirements (Essential Functions)
  • Available for weekend coverage as operations require
  • On-call for overnight and early morning service issues, including reporting to a site when needed
  • Able to travel between client sites across Broward and Palm Beach counties
Conditions of Employment
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must be able to pass the Level 2 background screening required for school site access
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation
  • $65,000 per year, salaried, full time, plus performance bonus opportunity
  • Direct access to ownership and a real growth path as we expand into new service divisions
How to Apply
Submit your resume and a short note describing one operational emergency you handled outside of normal business hours. Interviews are being scheduled this week.

We Clean Commercial Cleaning LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
