We are looking for an Associate Manager, Business Development to join our team to work on multiple exciting projects with the most-talented game companies in the world. What You Will Do Join a passionate, strategically minded team dedicated to developing best-in-class games with leading developers across Mobile, PC, Console and emerging technologies. Partner with the Director of Business Development, Operations, Production, and Creative Teams to help manage and grow Marvel Games' footprint through existing relationships and new opportunity development. Support the end-to-end deal process for Marvel IP in games, including negotiations, new deal structuring, amendments, and contract execution. Help evaluate inbound and outbound opportunities for strategic fit and commercial viability. Own and maintain internal tracking and reporting for prospective, in-progress, and executed deals, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Assist the Director of Business Development in building data-informed business cases to support Marvel's long-term gaming strategy, in collaboration with DGG Strategy & Insights and Finance teams. Coordinate with TWDC international teams to support partner success in strategic growth markets through local/regional collaboration and synergy opportunities. Basic Skills and Qualifications 4 years of experience in business development, licensing, partnerships, strategy, or related functions within games (publisher, developer, platform, agency, or IP holder). Strong understanding of the video game industry, including platforms, genres, and F2P (free to play), premium and subscription-based business models An emotional intelligence that drives and builds strong relationships (internal and external) via excellent communication and an empathetic mindset A constant, unyielding desire to overdeliver, going above and beyond to produce the highest-quality work An analytical and framework-oriented mind, both of quantitative (Excel sheets, business models) and qualitative (game genres, trends) nature, as well as a whiteboard-debate-eager, insights-fueled, hypothesis-driven approach to identifying and evaluating industry trends Passion for Marvel characters and stories.
