Position Summary
Our client is seeking a District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering to serve as the Executive Director supporting a large, multi-site academic health system in the Cleveland, Ohio region.
This executive-level role holds full accountability for strategic leadership, operational performance, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and client relationship management across a complex healthcare environment. The District Manager will lead healthcare technology management services across multiple facilities and ensure delivery excellence that is predictable, reliable, and repeatable.
This position serves as the primary executive contact for the health system and is responsible for driving operational, financial, and strategic success.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership and Client Partnership
• Serve as the senior executive leader and primary point of contact for the client health system
• Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships and governance structures
• Ensure consistent delivery of contractual obligations and service commitments
