What You’ll Do

As a Host at Bamboo Sushi, you’ll help set the tone for the entire guest experience. You’ll work closely with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service, thoughtful seating, and a warm, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and seating guests with genuine hospitality
  • Managing waitlists and reservations with accuracy and care
  • Supporting FOH and BOH teams to ensure timely and consistent service
  • Assisting fellow team members to meet guest needs
  • Following all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
