I opened my agency in 2003 and have built a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served in the Army, which shaped my leadership style and commitment to discipline, teamwork, and taking care of the people around me.
I’m a parent of two, and outside the office I stay involved in the community, including serving on the NC USA Wrestling board. Being active locally and supporting youth programs is something I care deeply about.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jaime Shannon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
