As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for increasing acquisition, adoption and engagement for Amazon Business Enterprise Solutions with senior decision makers in Amazon-owned companies like AWS, Zappos and Whole Foods. You will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to deliver strategic marketing programs including content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement

You will strategically plan and execute the most effective and efficient marketing mix to maximize marketing driven pipeline opportunity.
To be successful in this role, you will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders in Amazon Business to align and implement strategies.
We are looking for an individual with broad experience in designing and delivering Integrated Marketing Campaigns. This includes expertise webinars and digital marketing.

This includes expertise in B2B marketing motions like email, 1st party events like executive engagement programs, 3rd party trade shows, webinars and digital marketing.
This role also requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building, and problem solving. The individual will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, have impeccable attention to detail, and will have a track record of on-time delivery of projects.

Key job responsibilities
This role is focused on getting Amazonian's to purchase their business buying needs on Amazon Business. To be successful you will deeply know and advocate for the customer:
Who they are, their pain points, where and how we can reach them, and the value proposition that we can uniquely offer to delight them as we meet their needs.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to reach and engage both users and senior decision makers.
Design and deliver marketing motions like awareness campaigns, executive engagement events, webinars, Trade Shows/Conferences, Sponsorships and Email.
Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Sales Enablement, and Product stakeholders, as well as external agencies and partners.
Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes.
