As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for increasing acquisition, adoption and engagement for Amazon Business Enterprise Solutions with senior decision makers in Amazon-owned companies like AWS, Zappos and Whole Foods. You will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to deliver strategic marketing programs including content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. You will strategically plan and execute the most effective and efficient marketing mix to maximize marketing driven pipeline opportunity.

Key job responsibilities
• This role is focused on getting Amazonian's to purchase their business buying needs on Amazon Business. To be successful you will deeply know and advocate for the customer:
Who they are, their pain points, where and how we can reach them, and the value proposition that we can uniquely offer to delight them as we meet their needs.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to reach and engage both users and senior decision makers.
• Design and deliver marketing motions like awareness campaigns, executive engagement events, webinars, Trade Shows/Conferences, Sponsorships and Email.
• Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Sales Enablement, and Product stakeholders, as well as external agencies and partners.
• Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes.

Our team vision is to establish Amazon Business as the most recognized and loved strategic partner for smart business buying for CPS (Commercial, Public, Strategic) organizations, globally.
Our mission is to drive acquisition, activation, adoption, and engagement of Amazon Business to prospects and customers. Through tailored content and experiences, we demonstrate the value of Smart Business Buying across organizations of all sizes to accelerate progression across each stage of the CPS customer stage model.
This role will lead marketing the Amazon Business platform to Amazonians across the organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience of B2B marketing best practices
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- Experience driving demand through traditional offline marketing activities like events, advertisements, snail mail or flyers
- Event Marketing, including third party trade shows and conferences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
