Job description

Drive programmatic advertising strategy and execution for Amazon's internal marketing teams. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results that shape the future of advertising at Amazon. You'll leverage advanced platforms like Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, and DV360 to execute data-driven campaigns that align with business goals and drive performance.
Key job responsibilities
-Plan and execute programmatic media campaigns within Amazon DSP and other platforms, managing setup, budget allocation, and pacing to ensure optimal performance
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and data insights to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategic recommendations
-Troubleshoot and resolve campaign delivery issues, ad serving errors, and reporting discrepancies to maintain campaign health
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing teams, Supply, and Product partners to align media strategies with business objectives and drive continuous improvement
-Generate and present detailed performance reports and insights to communicate campaign results and strategic recommendations
A day in the life
As a Senior Marketing Manager on the Amazon Digital Advertising team, you'll spend your day managing multiple programmatic campaigns across Amazon DSP and other platforms, analyzing performance data to identify optimization opportunities, and collaborating with internal marketing teams to align media strategies with their business goals

You might start your morning reviewing overnight campaign performance metrics, then shift into troubleshooting a delivery issue with a partner team, followed by a strategy session to plan the next campaign launch. You'll balance hands-on campaign management with cross-functional collaboration, working alongside Supply and Product teams to understand how platform improvements can better serve our advertisers' needs.
