Vous souhaitez evoluer dans un centre de recherche de premier plan a l'echelle nationale ?

Notre client, un centre hospitalo-universitaire majeur a Montreal, cherche un(e) Directeur(trice) Administration et Infrastructures pour assurer la mise en uvre des activites administratives liees a la mission de recherche. Role central dans la gestion integree des ressources humaines, financieres, materielles et informationnelles, la personne assurera une coordination etroite et efficace entre la Direction du Centre de recherche et les differentes directions du Centre Hospitalier.

Relevant de la Direction Generale, la personne aura pour mandat d'assurer la performance operationnelle du centre de recherche, tout en soutenant son developpement a long terme dans un contexte d'excellence scientifique et d'innovation.

Vos missions :

  • Contribution active a l'optimisation et a l'acceleration des demarches administratives entourant les projets de recherche, depuis les etapes preliminaires jusqu'a la signature des ententes et la mise en uvre des initiatives ;
  • Collaboration a la redaction de demandes de subvention et a d'autres demarches liees au financement, notamment pour les projets priorises par le Directeur de la recherche et son equipe scientifique et operationnelle ;
  • Soutien a l'approche integree entre les missions de soins et de recherche, en assurant le transfert des connaissances dans le reseau de la sante ;
  • Evaluation des besoins specifiques de la Direction, en concertation avec le Directeur, et piloter les demarches pour obtenir les ressources et programmes requis ;
  • Coordination des demandes de financement aupres d'organismes comme la Fondation canadienne pour l'innovation (FCI), et en assurer la gestion rigoureuse apres l'obtention des fonds ;
  • Mise en uvre des decisions du conseil d'administration et de la direction generale relatives aux services sous sa responsabilite ;
  • Participation au maintien d'un systeme de gestion performant, favorisant la transmission de l'information, le suivi des objectifs, l'identification des ecarts et l'application de mesures correctives ;
  • Veille, en collaboration avec le Directeur, au respect des lois, des reglements, des directives internes ainsi que des codes d'ethique et des normes professionnelles, incluant le processus de gestion des conflits d'interets et les aspects administratifs lies a l'integrite scientifique ;
  • Responsable de la planification, de la realisation et du suivi des projets de construction et de reamenagement lies a la recherche, en assurant leur integration dans le portefeuille de projets organisationnels ;

Votre profil:

  • Diplome de 2e cycle en administration des affaires (ou autre formation pertinente)
  • 7 ans minimum d'experience pertinente dans le secteur de la sante
  • Experience du milieu universitaire et des reseaux de la sante et/ou de l'industrie bio-pharmaceutique
  • Bonne maitrise de l'anglais et du francais, ecrit, lu et parle
  • Experience dans la redaction de documents de nature complexe aux differentes autorites institutionnelles et differents partenaires
