Your responsibilities

  • Act as manager in the client accounts department
  • Take responsibility for planning the work related to pension plan administration
  • Help with work supervision and verification
  • Monitor the progress of tasks and projects
  • Train and coach team members
  • Provide support for the team in carrying out a variety of special projects
  • Prepare and track the budget
  • Build clients' satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their various requests, as well as those of members and trustees
  • Suggest ways of improving our processes
  • Develop new business contacts, new agreements with existing clients, and help develop new markets with prospective clients.

Salary Range: $ 85,000 - $110,000

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
