We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Precixion, a leading manufacturer of additive machines specializing in metal 3D printing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and improving electrical / electronic control systems to ensure efficient, reliable, and increasingly automated production processes. This role requires a proactive professional with a strong background in industrial automation, electronic controls, electrical engineering, and process automation.


Responsibilities

  • Control System Design: Develop, program, and maintain PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), and SCADA systems for manufacturing processes.
  • Electrical Design: Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • System Integration: Work collaboratively with mechanical and software engineers to integrate electrical and control systems with other manufacturing equipment.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automating manufacturing operations to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and enhance production scalability. Implement and optimize automation solutions across the production floor.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze production processes and implement control strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical and control systems, minimizing downtime, and maintaining optimal production flow.

Qualifications
