JOB SUMMARY
As a Sr. Manager, Account management, you will serve as a primary client-facing leader for Marriott's Account management program. Reporting to the MVP of Sales, and leading a team of managers, this role is focused on partner engagement, insights delivery, and executive-level storytelling for Marriott Media advertisers.
You will translate campaign performance and measurement outputs into compelling narratives, insights, and recommendations for advertising partners. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with Sales & Partnerships to support client relationships, present interim and full campaign level results, and answer complex measurement questions. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who blends analytical depth with polished client presence. You are naturally curious and stay current on the MarTech/AdTech ecosystem, digital marketing landscape, and emerging measurement methodologies. You are a strategic thinker who consistently elevates your work.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media or other digital business with a strong analytical background and experience.

  • Strong technical and analytical foundation, with experience in data-driven decision-making and marketing analytics.

  • Knowledge of measurement and analytics across digital marketing and media channels, including reporting frameworks and analytical models.

  • Familiarity with core measurement science concepts, including experimentation and measurement frameworks (A/B testing, matched market, MMM, etc.), statistical sampling techniques and hypothesis testing, power analysis, and synthetic control.

  • Familiarity with media channels, marketing technology, marketing operations, audience segmentation, and customer data strategies.

  • Proven experience presenting analytical insights and answering all technical/data questions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Success in running sophisticated business processes across multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills; bias towards data-based decision making with the ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans.

  • Excellent decision-making, project management, and communication skills.

  • Strong conceptual skills and ability to translate theoretical concepts into analytical or research methodologies and tools.

  • Understanding and adherence to the principles of data quality management, Agile, data privacy and modern marketing best practices.

Education and Experience Preferred
  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.

  • SQL and PySpark experience.

  • Familiarity with developing and presenting media advertising reporting.

Primary Activities
  • Serve as a lead reporting and insights partner for Marriott Media advertisers.

  • Own the delivery and presentation of interim and full campaign performance results, insights, and recommendations to clients.

  • Lead and develop Partner Campaign Reporting Managers, ensuring operational excellence and clear execution standards.

  • Translate complex measurement methodologies and performance data into clear, client-ready narratives.

  • Partner closely with Sales & Partnerships to support pitches, renewals, upsells, and ongoing advertiser success.

  • Customize reporting outputs and insights to align with advertiser goals, KPIs, and business questions.

  • Answer advertiser questions related to measurement frameworks, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal reporting, measurement, and analytics teams to ensure client needs are accurately reflected in reporting deliverables.

  • Provide feedback from clients to inform future reporting enhancements and measurement roadmap priorities.

  • Develop best practices for client presentations, insights storytelling, and executive-level reporting.
