Job description

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to use your organizational and problem-solving skills to assist us in providing superior customer service to our Malik customers.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Assists the Customers with any questions, issues, problems, or requests.
  • Answers customer inquiries regarding project information, invoicing, or billing questions.
  • Promptly resolves customerโ€™s issues professionally and escalates complex issues to the Manager.
  • Accurately processes transactions including orders, returns, invoices, inventory, and accounts receivables.
  • Obtains and communicates accurate information regarding project status and schedule dates.
  • Follows function and company procedures.
  • Makes suggestions to improve procedures.
  • Effectively work with other staff and technicians and be a valued team member.
  • Resolves customerโ€™s issues professionally, quickly, and clearly.

We are looking for:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English is required. Total fluency in Spanish, English, and Hindi is preferred.
  • Effective multi-lingual verbal written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Ability to quickly learn specialized software related to the position.)
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Gas station industry knowledge and experience are a plus.
