Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to in-room maintenance requests and general repair needs
  • Follow daily instructions from the Maintenance Manager regarding maintenance tasks, repairs, and equipment upkeep
  • Maintain compliance with brand and safety standards throughout the hotel
  • Inspect and monitor building systems and equipment for proper function and safety
  • Perform basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
