What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Lead the Preventive Maintenance program for all manufacturing equipment, including cranes, forklifts, paint lines, air compressors, and packaging equipment
  • Manage calibration, lockout/tagout procedures, equipment manuals, and documentation
  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, vendors, and equipment manufacturers
  • Troubleshoot and repair machinery, performing both small and large repairs
  • Test equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Adjust and calibrate sensors and controls for peak efficiency
  • Serve on the Safety Committee and adhere to all safety protocols
  • Occasionally work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

What Weโ€™re Looking For in You

  • Experience:
    • 1โ€“3 years of management experience
    • 3โ€“5 years of preventative maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of metalworking industry equipment and processes
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead a team

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or remain in one position for extended periods
  • Ability to work in hot or cold conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
