We are looking for an Engineer at our Residence Inn and Springhill Suites Tulsa hotels. 


Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Maintenance Engineer, where your technical expertise and proactive approach will ensure our hotel remains a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for guests and staff alike. We are committed to providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere, and your role is vital in supporting these goals.


Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption

- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, appliances, and building systems to ensure optimal operation

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections

- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times

- Assist in the planning and implementation of renovation and upgrade projects
