Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, prioritize, and assign incoming mobile maintenance and roadside service requests.
Dispatch technicians and service trucks to customer locations based on urgency, workload, and geographic efficiency.
Monitor technician progress, job status, and estimated completion times throughout the shift.
Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and management to ensure timely updates and accurate service information.
Coordinate after-hours or emergency service calls as needed.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and technician schedules.
Support fleet readiness by tracking service truck availability, fuel status, equipment needs, and maintenance schedules.
Assist with inventory coordination, including parts requests, usage tracking, and availability for mobile technicians.
Use company systems, software, and communication tools to track, log, and manage daily workflow.
Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Education & Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Experience in dispatching, transportation, trucking, or maintenance operations preferred (not required).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
Basic computer skills required; additional system training provided.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
